CASE NO. 000-333

Solana Municipal Blockchain Authority / Stray Processing Division

NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED DIGITAL STRAYS

Re: 333 Specimens, Untagged, Found On-Chain, Awaiting Adoption or Disposal

Exhibit A. Five of the impounded specimens.

$STRAYS: pending intake processing.

I. Summary of Findings

On an unspecified date, 333 pixel-art dogs were discovered loitering on the Solana blockchain with no registered owner, no collar metadata, and no apparent purpose. Per municipal code 4.04(b), unclaimed digital assets must be held for a period not to exceed the lifetime of the chain, after which they are to be disposed of via deterministic burn.

Rather than disposal, this office has authorized a public adoption program. Any holder of the associated currency, $STRAYS, may claim one specimen by permanently destroying a quantity of tokens. The destruction is verified on-chain. The assignment is random. This office does not select which dog you receive, and frankly, does not care.

II. Nature of the Specimens

III. Adoption Procedure and Fee Schedule

The adopter connects a wallet and authorizes the permanent destruction of $STRAYS tokens. The quantity required increases as the pound empties:

Dogs Remaining Adoption Fee Status
333 to 284100,000 $STRAYSOPEN
283 to 234250,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
233 to 184500,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
183 to 1341,000,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
133 to 842,000,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
83 to 345,000,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
33 to 910,000,000 $STRAYSLOCKED
8 to 125,000,000 $STRAYSLOCKED

All burned tokens cease to exist. If all 333 dogs are adopted, 892,500,000 $STRAYS (89.25% of total supply) will have been permanently destroyed.

IV. Anomalous Specimens

Seven of the 333 deviate from the standard phenotype. Their positions in the adoption queue were determined by hash. If you adopt one, congratulations or condolences.

V. Adoption Log

Adopted specimens appear below as they find homes. The pound is dark. You don't get to browse. You get what you get.

No adoptions yet. The pound is full. They're waiting.

VI. Closing Remarks

This office acknowledges that the subjects are twenty-four pixels wide and cannot, in a legal sense, be considered dogs. However, every person shown the specimens has immediately said "aw, a dog," and several have attempted to pet their screens. We rest our case.

The pound will remain open until empty. No refunds. No exchanges. No takebacks.
